You’re responsible for the whole chain.

In 9 out of 10 inspections of parcel-delivery subcontractors, the collective agreement is broken. Too little pay, unpaid hours, no holiday pay. And by law, the client is liable for those wages.

At Pentavia the chain is short.

You, us, and our own driver.

A long chain: client, subcontractor, sub-subcontractor, self-employed, paid per parcel.

The chain at Pentavia: you, Pentavia, our own driver.

Employed. On paper and on the payslip.

Every Pentavia driver has an employment contract under the transport collective agreement. No self-employed arrangements. No pay per parcel.

We can get in.

More and more Dutch cities have a zero-emission zone for vans and trucks. Diesel vans are being phased out step by step: emission class 5 from 2027, emission class 6 from 2028.

The cabinet intends to extend the class 6 deadline to 1 January 2029.

Small, on purpose.

We’re starting with two to three routes. Not because we don’t want to grow, but because we want to get it right first. In the first months, the founders drive routes themselves. That way we know every street, every address and every driver.

  • You talk to the owner. No middle layer, no call centre.
  • We know the route. Because we drive it ourselves.
  • Short lines. With few people, decisions are fast.

We’re looking for one carrier to run two to three routes for from spring 2027. Want to get acquainted, see our documents or discuss a route? You’ll speak directly with one of the founders.
